Hair - No Refunds will be given on Hair. If a mistake in the order has been made and it is the fault of Fashion | Hair Solutions an exchange will be made (within 14 days) if the hair has not been manipulated in any way. Bundles with the seal broken will not be exchanged. Please note that with virgin hair, color and wave variations will be present as the hair is from separate donors.

Hair Products - replacement for any defective containers will be given within 14days of purchase.
